The work
You would support a small group of adults through the program day. The role blends activity leadership, skill-building, personal support, community outings, and the daily notes that keep services consistent and person-centered.

Support individual goals
Follow each person’s support plan, encourage communication and choice, and help build social, daily-living, and community skills.
Keep people safe and engaged
Stay close through the day and offer support where needed. That includes personal care, mobility, meals, or behavioral support.
Get out in the community
Drive or go along to parks, classes, volunteer sites, events, and wherever else the day is headed.
Document the day
Complete accurate service notes, record progress toward goals, and pass on what the rest of the team needs to know.
Work as one team
Coordinate with coworkers, follow program procedures and each person’s own protocols, and step in where support is needed.
